Allow yourself to surprised, pleasantly! $75 plus tax on the night I stayed, maybe weekend rates are more. The outside is simple, but nice, and the inside is much nicer than you'd expect. All new fixtures, except the AC which still blew strong and cold, microwave and fridge. New, clean sheets and the bed was comfortable. EVERYTHING was clean inside, despite what others say this place IS NOT dirty. There was obvious effort into cleaning the room. Yes, a little on the small side but the space was managed well so it seems bigger than it is. Despite being across the street from a truck stop, the rooms kept the noise out VERY well, you'd never notice unless you stepped outside. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend giving it a try, but leave a room for me because I will be back!
