Jennifer and her staff are the most talented, caring and amazing group of dedicated professionals anywhere. Although I live on the East Coast, I go to the time and (bit of) extra expense (but only in connection with the shipping) of having Jennifer design my unique, one-of-a-kind creations based on my measurements, supply the most unusual selection of yarns I have seen anywhere, do the A+++ finishing - and then ship everything back-and-forth. I cannot say enough about how patient Jennifer is when it comes to answering emails and accepting phone calls. LOOK NO FURTHER and enjoy all the endless possibilities that Jennifer Knits can offer.

I was looking for a very specific accessory that was a limited production. It was a Lantern Moon tape measure, crocheted over to look like a bunny. Lantern moon is always changing their designs, so when one is done, its gone! However, this bunny really looked like my own beloved pet, and I really wanted one. I scoured the internet to no avail, and contacted Jennifer Knits hoping they could get one. Sadly, they had sold their last one. They contacted a TON of other stores trying to find me one, which was more than I had expected. After I had given up, they talked with a customer that had bought one of their last ones, and told them my story, and let their customer trade in their tape measure for a new one, so that they could get me the one I wanted. They of course called me first to confirm that I was ok with this arrangement. Was I ever!!

I live on the East Coast, and am just a random internet customer, and this is the lengths they are willing to go to for me. I wish I lived close enough to be a regular patron! I am impressed so much with their efforts to help their customers (and I'm thrilled with the kindness of their clients, to be willing to do this for a stranger). They made my day, to say the least, and II will sing their praises for a long time to come!

Jennifer is great and her staff are too! They are all friendly, helpful, and fun to knit with. Jennifer's line of cashmere yarn is my newest addiction; it's washable and the colors are magnificent!!! And parking is not only convenient, but Jennifer validates for two hours.
