Keith and Justine’s combination of martial arts and strength training got me in the best shape of my life. The fact that both my kids are in their black belt program is icing on the cake. My girls feel strong and empowered from their experience at the studio.
(September 3, 2018, 7:35 pm)I have been taking fitness and martial arts classes at Keith Cooke Studio for about a year and a half now and I love them! Keith, Daniel and Justine are truly dedicated teachers. They are so committed to helping people learn the martial arts and get stronger and their attention to detail is impressive. I also love the crowd; everyone is so friendly and there is a great sense of community and team spirit in both the martial arts and fitness classes. I am so grateful for this studio and I can't imagine starting my day without taking a class here :)

Core Up is a unique workout - low impact with HIIT while strengthening all muscles. It's a great complement to any primary sport - if you run, bike, play soccer, golf or tennis - you'll be stronger! There's also some stretching built into the workout - bonus!
Also, my 9 year-old son has been enrolled in karate classes for about 2 years. He started as a beginner, and has loved it from day one. Under the guidance of Mr. Masterson and Mr. Cooke, he's developed his martial arts skills, but also gained a focus and determination, which are also highlighted during classes. There is individualized attention on each student, so that all levels of ability are addressed.
(August 30, 2018, 10:47 pm)Both of my boys (ages 4 & 6) have been attending karate classes at Keith Cooke's studio for over a year-- and they love it! Mr. Cooke and Mr. Masterson place a real emphasis on discipline in their practice and their teaching, and yet make it so much fun and such a positive outlet for the children. After watching our kids in their classes, I signed myself up for Keith's Bootcamp and LOVE IT! I cannot wait to go each morning and either kickbox or do the strength training classes. It has enriched me on so many levels and has transformed my day to day life! One of the best things is that it's like a big family. If I miss a class, I really miss my regular workout crew!! I've gone to so many studios over the years for different types of workouts, but between kickboxing and the core/strength training, this is by far the most superior workout and I've learned so much about martial arts while having a blast! If I miss a class...my day feels incomplete!!
