This was our first time using a travel agent. Michyl helped us plan our spa getaway to Palm Springs and was amazing every step of the way. Most important to us, because we were arriving from different states, was arriving
around the same time. Michyl got us both landing in Palm Springs within 40 minutes of each other . All questions were answered in a timely manner. Activities were planned perfectly. We will definitely use the Travel Store for our next vacation .

Tracey Kleber, Master Travel Consultant, has hit another amazing cruise vacation out of the park! From our flight to Miami, accommodation in Miami to our cruise, everything was perfect. I’m glad I reached out to Nada some 7 years ago and planned a group trip through her. In fact, as of today, I have completed 6 group trips (each ranging from 22-35 people) through her, and each one has been special and memorable, catered toward the particular needs of each group. If something goes wrong, as inevitably happens when with so many people (someone gets sick or is late causing delay), Nada steps up to her plate and adjusts our tours and schedule. She is incredibly responsive and answers each and every text and call with attention to detail.

We had such a great trip all set up by Katie. There was a group of 6 of us and we like to be a bit more active on our vacations and Katie found this awesome European river cruise, U by Uniworld, that just fit us all so perfectly. Everything was a total breeze, we had no problems at all, loved the recommendations we got and I'm not sure if we had a single complaint. It was so nice to have everything just set up and ready for us. Katie and Courtney and the rest of the team really took such good care of us!
