Pep Boys

I dropped my car off before I went to work for a last minute oil change and breaks. I was kept abreast of all the steps that was taken throughout the time they had my car. After the inspection Michael called with a quote and they began work that was done by the time I got off work: When I went to pick up my car Nataly was awesome. Her customer service was A one. I was even able to get a veterans discount. She also assisted me with the completion of my credit application. Thanks so much for the awesome job that was done.

Nataly was very helpful and patient with me during my appointment. I was not sure which oil my car needed for the oil change, and she was able to assist. Overall, her happiness made my visit much better as well! She’s great!

Nataly was so nice and helpful! I was worried that it was going to take so long but my car was taken in quickly and they changed my oil and tire. A little pricey than other pep boys but I’m glad it was done with a good attitude and in a timely manner. Will be back :)!

Nataly is the most caring and light hearted worker in the entire pep boys shop. She is always willing to help and provides the best services to her customers. Really enjoy coming to this location to get any car repairs done.
