I've been taking private lessons and some group classes here with Lauren and can't say enough good things about her. She is funny and kind and really knows her stuff -- I'm (at least) middle aged now and have been serially starting exercise programs, hurting myself, stopping, needing to do it all over again for years. Lauren is helping me FINALLY strengthen my core. It's been only about 6 weeks and my posture is better and I'm starting to get stronger.
The space is lovely and clean. The shop is convenient (right next to the Gelson's on Hyperion). Check it out!
This place changed my life. Great group of teachers. Great environment. Tough workout. I am confidently on the path to a balanced and happy body. I was a chronic low back pain sufferer as well and have learned the correct way to use my body.
I took Pilates elsewhere and the sessions I had were not remotely close to the Fletcher techniques that Kerri Campbell has used to aid me with neck and back pain that has plagued me for some time. I am increasing my strength at the same time. I am grateful I found their great studio I could not recommend them more highly.
