Jackie Shapin Therapy

Over the 3 years that I worked with Jackie, I can confidently say that she is a very experienced clinician. Her specialties in working with people who suffer from Eating Disorders or OCD are exceptional. She is warm, caring, compassionate and supportive in her approach. Her insight and compassion combined with her clinical expertise make her an outstanding therapist. She is well liked by her peers and clients, and demonstrates integrity and adherence to ethical standards. She intervenes with clients in culturally appropriate ways. When I am in need of a referral in Los Feliz area, Jackie is without the doubt the first person I think of.

As a colleague of Jackie's, I admire her work ethic and knowledge of how to work with clients with an eating disorder. She also works well with anxiety and depression. Jackie is also trained in EMDR and has been using this successfully with her clients.
