5119 Maplewood Apartments

Needless to say, we just renewed our lease so we've been very happy at 5119 Maplewood. Any maintenance request gets resolved quickly and management really shows their care and efforts to making sure we're taken care of. We were experiencing some issues regarding our internet and the staff was very on point with the response time and service! Very satisfied tenants here.

Moved to this area from Texas back in December. Rental cost definitely higher in LA, but could not be happier with apartment I found at 5119 Maplewood. My apt is large and most of all QUIET. Building is nicer than all the other properties I looked at in the 5 mi. radius, and staff is so attentive. I have had only one maintenance issue (disposal locked up) and it was resolved within 1 hour. Gym and pool area are great, and the resident office is always available for me to use.

Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a quality place in LA that does not want to be in the craziness of Hollywood or the congestion of downtown.
