“Received best offer after shopping around I came to American Ideal to sell my diamond engagement ring. I did a lot of research and avoided pawn shops because I quickly found out that pawn shops do not specialize in buying diamonds. They pretty much just give an offer a little over what the spot for gold is for the day. I received my order and after 3 days I knew the foam was not the right size, I checked my confirmation e-mail to make sure I ordered the right size and verified that my custom cut order had been cut incorrectly. This is were the BEST stepped up, I called let them know my problem, they had me send them a pic of the foam and a tape measure and a few days latter they mailed be a replacement order. I've let is set its 3 days and I now have exactly what I wanted. This is why they have earn 5 stars from me”

“I've been hesitant to get braids after a really bad experience where my braids were braided to tight around my hairline and caused a lot of damage. After a bit of I research, I decided to give the Braid Bar LA a try. Twy, the owner, was incredibly nice and really accommodating. I got medium-sized box braids that were slightly shorter than waist length. Start to finish, it only took 4 hrs. From now on, I will only go to the Braid Bar LA for my protective styles!”

“Very "community" place to stay at if you are looking for a home away from home where people meet and make friends. Many stay here while they work in LA for a short period, great atmosphere and lots of shared goods such as kitchenware, food and shower gel. Huge "bunker" bed comes with common area, working area, kitchen. You can do laundry and borrow their bike and scooter too. I wish I could stay longer!”
