(February 14, 2022, 9:22 pm)Had an amazing time at this fitness class. The workout is really designed to give a full body worko ur, targeting all areas. The staff were extremely helpful and catered to all fitness levels. Signed up for a membership and is excited to be back!
(January 31, 2022, 9:04 am)I just started a week ago. Signed up for the 6 month membership and the 8 week challenges starts today. I could not be more impressed with the trainers and workouts so far! Gym is clean and organized. I suspect I’ll be extending my membership past 6 months, so happy here!!! THANK YOU F45! 💪🏼

(January 15, 2022, 4:09 pm)This place is great BUT the trainer Lindsey Greely makes this place AMAZING!! she has none stop energy and keeps pushing you to the max and makes the class very entertaining. Highly recommend her class. Definitely try and must go!
