It is a velvet, down couch that many companies said they couldn't clean. They put booties over their shoes immediately, blankets underneath their equipment to protect my floors, etc. Dry cleaned the couch. Highly recommend and will use them again.

They are very professional and they get right to business. And, they don't just clean carpets, but tile and furniture as well. You may pay more than the competition, but when it comes to a job well done, there is no real competition for these guys.
