(October 19, 2022, 10:38 am)I cannot say enough about Carlos at ER Copies. My firm is out of state and had very specific and extensive print requests for a trial in Los Angeles. Carlos followed the instructions perfectly, his attention to detail was great, and he provided the service promptly (even when outside of the normal business hours). This kind of support is priceless and so greatly appreciated. Customer service like this is hard to find anymore. I highly recommend ER Copies!
