Big Brand Tire & Service

Today I had my car serviced at Big Brand Tire and Service. Keith checked me in and he was very nice and answered any questions that I had. My car was done in an hour and I was told I didn’t need any extra repairs (like I’m always told I do at the dealerships!). Easy peasy!!

Made an appointment on-line two weeks prior to my actual appointment. Received an e-mail confirming my appointment and that the tires would be ordered. When I arrived for my appointment was told that the tires were never ordered and they didn't have any in stock. To say the least I was not happy. Thankfully Keith (Encino location) was there to save the day. He went out of his way to call other locations to check their inventory. We lucked out and found some at a nearby location. Without Keith their I would have given your company one star. I hope you have more people like Keith at your other locations.

I went in there to get a flat fixed this week and honestly thought I would be told that I needed a new tire. I made an appointment for first thing in the morning online which was very easy to do. To my surprise they fixed the flat and I didn’t need a new tire and they didn’t charge anything! Pretty amazing. Everyone was very nice, didn’t wait any longer than anticipated and I will definitely be coming back when it’s time for new tires 😊
