(September 23, 2019, 1:36 pm)This gym is great – the coaches and people are very welcoming, encouraging and professional. Christian runs the place very well. Professor Fabio Trindade is a very decorated BJJ practitioner and a great teacher. I recently got an injury and couldn’t train for 6 weeks and they freezed my membership without any issues. I really look forward to getting back and training here!
(May 14, 2019, 2:05 pm)Systems is an amazing gym and I am so happy I found it. The energy is awesome, but the best part about the gym is the trainers. Sandy is one of the trainers, and she loves what she does and it shows. She pushes you to be the best you can be. When you want to give up, she is right there encouraging you to keep pushing. She always changes up the workout so you will never get bored and the moves will always push your body in a way you never thought possible. With the help of Sandy and the rest of the amazing staff, I was able to lose 30lbs within several months. Thanks Systems!!

Sandy is an amazing instructor and knows just how much to push you while still making the classes fun!!! The staff is great and students make you feel welcome :)
(April 21, 2019, 2:40 pm)A+++ Gym! Very comfortable for all age groups and levels! Unlike most gyms, instructors are very sensitive to student needs and encourage each one to get better. Not only to work to “have better fitness,” goals, martial arts moves, and most of all being a better person for yourself and your community! They offer a free intro class and you will be hooked! THEY ARE WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU AS A VALUED PERSON!! NO OTHER GYM IN THE AREA DOES THAT!!

(July 16, 2015, 7:35 pm)I've only been here a few times, I train at the sister gym in Hawthorne, but this place is great. The instructors are amazing, classes are fun, and most importantly, the gym has such an awesome vibe. Everyone is welcoming and you can really tell they're one big happy family. I highly recommend checking out a class.
