I've been exclusively going to Mike's shop for 2 years and is the BEST most HONEST mechanic in the valley. They take the time to help and explain what's wrong because they really do care about you and they always take care of me. If you have an older Mercedes-Benz THIS is the mechanic you need to go to no questions asked.

What brought me to this ètablishment currently is the treatment I received from Mike in the past. I wasn't White Oak's customer at the time, but called them after not receiving great service from another establishment. I had no appointment, drove there and within mins. my issue was resolved by Mike. He asked for no payment, but I gave him $20 (cash on hand) at the time. Fast forward, a year later, newer vehicle requiring service covered under warranty. The owner Michael polite, professional, did a diagnostic, ordered the part, then scheduled a time convenient with me to have the work completed. I didn't have to rent a car, had breakfast at the IHOP adjacent to the shop, and within a few hours, back on the road with no car issues; car 100% fixed! No nonsense, capable, competent work! Great communication!! My experiences no less than Excellent with White Oak Mercedes.

The owner is trustworthy and friendly. They know how to fix your car. I fixed my vehicle here last year and right now I want to write down my comment because I realized how hard it is to find a body shop that you can trust.

Honest, reliable, and trust worthy. Been coming here for 10 years. They are the type to refuse an oil change unless its needed or tell you certain repairs that can wait and ones that need to be done right away. They are never looking to screw you out of money. I never have to feel like I am being taken advantage of. I have always worked with Mike, but I hear Larry is great too. Thanks guys!
