There’s absolutely NOTHING negative I can say about Rita and her State Farm team. I got hit from a driver in my work parking lot while I was working. He left a note but the other guy’s insurance was a nightmare. Zero effort on their part, totally trying to avoid me, not answering my calls. Finally over a month later Rita got on the phone with the other driver AND his insurance company and got my my damage reimbursement right away.
Besides that she also handles my renters and life insurance. Keeps me updated on all changes. Very good with communication. Highly recommend Rita as an agent.
