Valarie is super easy to work with. She has a thorough understanding of the cities (and their neighborhoods). We worked with her on a property in the South Beach area of San Francisco at the beginning of 2021 and recently worked with her again toward the end of the year. She is very thoughtful and, quite frankly, very easy to talk to which gave me and my partner the assurance we needed.
