Steve at Palace Body Shop delivers excellent customer service to his clients. Both myself and my mother have taken our cars there. He is always there to greet you with a smile and several jokes. More importantly, from the moment I stepped in the office until I picked up my car, I felt that my concerns were being addressed and he truly cared about the outcome with my insurance company. Steve communicated with the adjuster and I had to do nearly nothing during the process. And the best part was that once my car was repaired, it looked as good as new. I would definitely recommend this body shop if you are looking for a place to fix your car correctly the first time and limit the hassle of dealing with your insurance company!
