(February 2, 2021, 2:37 am)Staffs are helpful, polite, and knowledgeable on all banking needs. They’re well equipped to follow Covid-19 protocols and even provides disinfectants for their customers.
(December 13, 2016, 3:22 pm)The teller customer service is great! They know most of the clients by name and go out of their way to provide personalized service. The bank is very old fashioned Olin both appearance and their banking method. The bank seems to rely primarily on paper bookkeeping instead of digital which significantly adds to service wait times and is not as environmentally friendly as other methods.
In short the service is good but slow!
