I was there for a 2 day Hip Hop Festival. It was great. The venue was awesome. There are a lot of balcony type views on the 2nd floor which made viewing the battles very cool. They also have numerous screens to showcase the event as well. They have at least 2 other small rooms for other events/music genres to occur simultaneously.
Paid parking on site for the event. Not sure if that's the case for regular week nights/weekends.
