(December 2, 2022, 8:44 pm)I just started coming to Jay a couple of weeks ago. It has been such an incredible experience. Everyone there is so kind,welcoming and motivating. Before I came here I was doing all kinds of workout classes and never saw results and I kept getting injured. Just in the couple of weeks I’ve been here I feel stronger mentally and physically. Today, December 2nd was such a huge breakthrough moment for me. I was really struggling to do a chest press, I was starting to wonder if I was ever going to be able to do it. After class I asked Jay to help me do one properly he showed me how to do one and then asked me to do it. To set the visual, I was barely lifting it up, I was having such a hard time. Jay looked at me and told me that I had to get my mind right in order to be able to anything and that I had to make the weights work for me and all I had to do was only focus on pushing those weights up and nothing else. There I was on my 5th try I laid back and bam I pushed those weights up and accomplished 5 good chest presses! I was so incredibly proud of myself.Jay genuinely cares about all of his clients like their his family. I’m incredibly grateful that one of my dear friends introduced me to this place.

I strongly encourage anyone to come and see what Jnetics is all about. A much needed experience to keep your life on track mentally and physical.

(November 16, 2022, 9:52 am)I love this Place because it feels like home , not only does Jay make that happen but the environment in here and energy is amazing! Everyone is so motivated to reach their goals , which is what makes it even better . I’ve never felt as strong as I feel now . This place makes you feel strong not only physically but MENTALLY which is the most important factor to being the best version of yourself . I’ve been to other gyms has personal training and nothing compares to what J nectics offers I mean hearing inspirational words before we start and before we head home is what keeps me going , I am forever grateful this place has changed my energy to a whole other level & did I forget to mention This place gives back to the community !!!! My happy place. You will never stop coming back once you start !

(November 16, 2022, 9:47 am)Finding jnetics has been life changing Ive been coming here for over a year now and not any day has been a bad day a bad day actually turns into a good day being here .I never imagined it would be the greatest way to start the day and the difference of fresh air that it is being a part of this community . Everyone shares a common goal and cheer each other on as a whole from start to finish in any journey and beyond . If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be comfortable to achieve the change you want to see Jay has you no doubt . I highly recommend you make the change trust Jay and trust the process . You’ll never believe what you can achieve here .
