Coaching sessions with Irene have been an incredibly beneficial for both my career and outlook. When we first started, I was a sales rep with ambition; what I lacked was an in-depth game plan for how I would achieve my goals. Since then I have started my own company in the field, and continue to practice the disciplines I learned through the coaching sessions. I see extraordinary value in our weekly session, where we work on organization in both my personal life as well as my business.
She is a true professional when it comes to strategizing for both short and long term goals. Through her encouragement and motivation my confidence in myself grew and so did my productivity and profitability. There is some homework involved, in the form of self assessments between sessions to help focus yourself on who you really are and what your life can look like around those core values. I found them to be more therapeutic if anything, than tedious.
