Okay! I get it now! I took my dog back because somehow she became sick with Parco. I was on vacation and had a pet sitter. I was like, whats all this blood? I took her in and said, what going on, you gave me a full bill of health. I notice that this was a different doctor. She said but did you know that they had to be de-wormed every month? I'm like, thats what I pay you for the $ 200 bucks a visit. Then shes like, well she might die, I need to put her in the hospital for $600.00. I'm like crying having a panic attack and all. I ask another clerk to bring me a glass of red wine. I couldn't drink it. I called my son crying and he said mom listen to me, leave and come home. When the clerk came back in she said; have you made a decision about, which care you want to go with? She told me that if I didn't want hospital care, they could give me supportive out-patient care for $125.00 a day. Also, that they would treat her today and gave me this bill enclosed. I said nope! I need to go home, the clerk then, started saying, then let us give her a Convenia, or we can give her a SC Fluid for $50 bucks today. I walked out paid my bill at the counter, finding that they had over billed my account. I said no , re-check your prices. Then the clerk said that he's sorry but they took the credit card machine and had to figure it out himself. Then the clerk told me that I need to pick my dog up so that she would not spread parvo in the clinic. I said, I will not pick her up, I walked her in here and I will walk her out. What a freaking nightmare.

The owner is Amazing and personable. I take all three dogs there ,small ,medium and large. They do a fantastic job every time.Complete with a doggie report card and little bow tie for the male pooches.

We love posh pet care. We started with their Robertson location (now closed down during the Covid lockdown) and followed them here at the Harper and Melrose location, as they do the best job for my doggies hands down. We’ve tried mobile wash, healthy spot and pet smart and others, but we keep coming back here although it’s a little bit of drive for us. See the pictures of our samoyeds and you will see all the great work they do. Highly recommended.

I absolutely ADORE this place and the staff. I have 2 dogs - a cavalier and a cocker spaniel. Chleo, my cavalier is so sweet so I was always really nervous to have someone groom her cause I wanted her to have a positive experience and she 1) always comes out looking gorgeous!!! she's been multiple times and only came out "so-so" one time 2) it's so great because we live nearby and walk by the location and Chleo gets crazy excited when we walk by and she has to go in and say hi. I love that she has such positive experiences here that she literally asks and gets so happy when we walk by. The staff is amazing, Chleo is allergic to flees so I called and they didn't have any availability but they worked to get me in same day to help treat her and Ru, I didn't even have to ask - the staff is just so great and they care so much. Also the groomers give you the cutest little report cards - I love them cause I can see what was done and just request it by bringing the cards in. it's also just so cute to get those. Not only is the staff the best staff I've ever experienced in dog-care, the prices are SO great!! Cannot say enough amazing things about this place, the staff. They've definitely made a life long client out of us. We'll be doing boarding for the babes this weekend so I'll provide an update but getting them started so far has also been amazing! ☺️
