I just want to thank you for the opportunity Htla gave me in 2017.. It was the best decision ever made.
When I moved from So cal to Southern Oregon I didn't know what to expect.
When I got Hired on at The Regency Inn& suites I wasn't sure how things would turn out. I was a little Scared but than when I started the 1st day I already knew I fit in.
Within 8 mos i was already training on the Saucier station hot side.. (So fun) at 9 mos working there I was Lead Line cook. And now with 1 yr pm lead line cook I gave them my notice for March 2020.
Chef Frieder is awesome alot of insight. Always there for his past students.
(December 31, 2019, 11:23 am)Such a wonderful and a life changing institution for me! Chef Frieder and his team together with all the admin staffs are amazing, they are tirelessly working to see that everyone succeeds.I will 100% recommend this school to anyone who wants a life changing career!
