(December 11, 2015, 11:42 am)I’ve been doing business with Promac for more than 6 years. During this time Promac has always been on time when we are in need of technical support. Their average response times is less than 4 hours, unless of course they need to replace any component part. Their technical members are very knowledgeable and always very friendly. Normally I don’t have to escalate any issues to management, but when is necessary I reach out the them and they get into any issue immediately. I would definitely recommend Promac to any company that wants to do business with them.
