  I'm a tough sell. Annoyingly nit-picky customer and i know it lol. But Ngoza aka Mama Africa is THE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST at what she does. Here's why.
  
  1. EVERYONE IS COMPLIMENTING MY TWISTS! Her braids are done gently, neatly, and quickly! You will be in great hands. She scheduled me quickly and conveniently and even on the phone you could tell she guided me on how to buy the correct hair.
  
  2. She is empathetic. I can tell she is very experienced because she understood all my picky little requests right away and she knew exactly how to land the look I wanted. I’ve seen her do EVERY TYPE OF African style on every type of hair texture even on other customers who aren’t of African descent and the results are always so beautiful.
  
  3. She's extremely HIGHLY SKILLED and educated! She is actually in love with her craft and treats it as a calling and not just a job.
  
  4. She is kind to her clients no matter who they are. She has an amazingly generous, incredibly patient, & uniquely attentive personality and she LISTENS to you. She really wants you to be happy and achieve satisfaction. She is funny, down-to-earth, HONEST, & a real person. You will want to be her friend. She is made to help people and to do it at the highest level of professionalism and quality.
  
  5. She has a lot of integrity and her prices are very fair.
  
  6. She retains long term customers because she cares about people and continues to take care of your hair even in between braid installations.
  
  I can't say enough about her except that I hope to be as good at my work one day as she is. Gifted mind/hands and a passionate heart. I'm her client for life.

  BEST IN LA! HIGHLY recommend this salon! Ngosa is AMAZING and super fast!!!! She makes sure you’re comfortable and makes it feel like you’re at home. I looooove how my braids turned out! This is definitely my new go to salon.❤️
