  I would like to give an update to this rating (previously 1 start), my last experience with Galpin Ford has been great. They re-organized the check-in process (and maybe also the way they used to work) and as of today, I am not worried to bring my car to them anymore. It was fast and well done.

  The sales experience was awesome.
  Nate was our sales guy. He was wonderful in every way.
  The used car we purchased has been perfect no problems at all. It has a 90,000 mile warranty inspection due very shortly.
  I have called Galpin Ford and left my name and number with them a total of 8 times so far and not one person there has bothered to calk me back. I have also told them what I need done and no one has a clue what I'm talking about.
  CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME.BACK.

  All I can say is WOW!!! Galpin Ford North Hills proved to be BEST car dealership in the valley!!! Alfredo Cea, hands down is one of the best car salesman ever! He is compassionate, tenacious and a miracle worker!! He doesn’t see the impossible as a road block, he sees it as a way to work harder for his client!! Please go see Alfredo!! The wonders didn’t stop just there, Eduardo and the entire management staff worked unforgettable miracles for me! They are an amazing dealership! Don’t walk, run and get your new Ford today!!!

  My husband and I are avid, loyal customers of Galpin due to a particular sales representative, Gary Kessler. Not only do we like Ford, Mazda and Lincoln products, we've developed a friendship with Gary. Over a 20 year span, we have bought 3 Galpin vehicles on 3 separate occasions with the help of Gary's expertise on the cars we've purchased. Gary is not only knowledgeable with most Galpin products, he is a very candid, honest, and professional associate that we have become accustomed to. We recently purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger Lariat from Gary and as always, Gary has excelled in going above and beyond our expectations! Thank you, Gary, for putting up with our endless requests and for getting us the right deal for our new vehicle!!!

  A couple weeks ago I brought my mom here to car shop, and not only did we buy a great car we had a great buying experience with our sales guy Walter. He helped my mom pick the best car for her needs, and was so nice and accommodating during the purchase paperwork.
  
  I couldn't believe how many options we had to choose from, and was tempted to buy a car for myself! I hope Walter is available next time my family and I are in the market for a car.
  
  The place was clean and comfortable, and more importantly so was the car! A+
