Expect for the pharmacy (-5stars!) and some very questionable contractors EVERYONE from building maintenance, information desk, Radiology(!) to the Women’s clinic and beyond I can’t say enough positive Adjectives to describe my time there.
The most beautiful and surprising support comes from Security.
With patience and honest concern I’ve seen and heard guards Cornelius and Austin listen to countless veterans stories, myself included, from our time in service to how our days were going and going out of their way to help with transportation: even help charge a stranded Vet’s car.
They are unsung heroes to this Army veteran.
I haven't been able to make it there, the phone number is a nightmare and I'm out of my meds. They made an appointment I can't go to and it's impossible to reach someone who can reschedule. Lady I did reach laughed at me and argued. My mental health literally can't deal with this process and I can't afford private healthcare so I guess I'm all natural Darwin plan. Que Sera Sera.
The overall condition of facility is very clean and well-operated. This is my main facility for medical care. I've even been seen as a "walk-in" on occasion and had respectful treatment.
Sepulveda VA Clinic are the best cause their staff customer assistance and Doctors are very friendly & helpful. That is why since I came back to California for ten years now I have been going to SEP VA cause the patient care are excellent. Keep up the outstanding job, I wish all of the VA facility are like the Sepulveda VA Clinic.
Went to the VA today to visit a client who is a resident there and left feeling grateful. Our Vets are in good hands here. There was beautiful landscaping and the staff was so nice. I went to building 99 and witnessed a group of about 20 vets participating and having lots of laughter. The nurse Melissa in 99, lady at the front desk of building 99, social worker Miriam, and a random doctor I spoke with were all friendly and wanting to help me. I am very pleased to write this review and say our Vets are in good hands here.
