Kelly Spicers Stores - North Hollywood

I'm giving 4 stars only because their stock is very low, but that's due to the paper shortage. Adam provided friendly service. I'm a cardmaker and he helped me by answering my questions about the the best weight of paper for cards. He gave me a few samples to try. The store is very clean and well-organized. I highly recommend the North Hollywood location.

I didn't give them 5 because it was too hot in the warehouse...just kidding. This pandemic thing is just so strange. They "corralled" us in a plastic chained off area conducting business from 10 feet away...you could not go into the merchandise aisles. I mean seriously, I go shopping weekly at FOOD MARKETS where they allow you to enter the merchandise aisles. So, 4 stars for their being nice and having what I wanted but minus 1 star for the overkill on safety. And yes, I know all that "better safe than sorry " is valid but I am keeping my star anyways.🤪🤪

Masks in place, social distancing being followed, a large container of hand sanitizer available, and everyone was friendly and helpful.
