Mary has been the most wonderful and helpful therapist to me over the years. Mary guides me to always take my highest path. Without judgement or bias, Mary helps me understand what is best for me. I find Mary to be incredibly insightful and intuitive as well, which makes our sessions even more powerful given her strong educational background and training. I have recommended friends to Mary, and they have all had very positive experiences with Mary and have grown so much through working with her. I highly recommend Mary as a therapist to anyone who is looking to grow and evolve in a positive way.

I have been receiving support from Mary for over three years ever since two members of my family became very ill, and she has nurtured me through the stages of grief from the loss of one of those family members, plus more baggage which became uncovered in the process. I have also recommended her to other family and friends. They all felt the same support and understanding that I received. She is a perfect match for people who are ready to undertake a deep journey discovering the influences that our developing brains have undergone since birth. With a tad of "spiritual" (for me it was a more secular, not religious based, but truly deep-hearted) support, she provided the science I needed to understand my journey. Very knowledgeable and professional, I trust her guidance. Depth psychotherapy is a journey that I prepared myself to make. It required a willingness to encounter and make peace with that which may come up from our implicit memories (a neuroscientific term -memories we are not aware we have or which the hippocampus has not processed fully into explcit memory) or what some may call the subconscious. Her methods blended well with the little background I had in interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, Jungian archcetypes, mindfulness meditation, and trauma. You don't have to know all this, but it does help to understand the process of how one makes sense of one's psyche. Mary's methods were gentle, nurturing, and at times firm, in the sense that yes -one discovers a limiting belief that one can work on. Having a growth mindset helps too. Learning from mistakes is important too. My philosophy on life and her methods were very compatible. I am very grateful for having crossed paths with her.
