There are not enough words, for how amazing this business is!! Consistently high-quality food that tastes wonderful every time. Whenever I think of lunch and/or catering, Dave & Ghaz come to the rescue. They are focused on serving fantastic food and providing great service.!!

I’ve been going here ever since I was a kid and I still order their classic grilled cheese because it’s so simple and delicious. Another favourite is the meatball sub! Give Dave’s a try, you won’t regret it!

Just found this spot, have only been there once but my initial experience was good! The wife and I were looking for a quality sandwich spot in the area and this checked all our boxes. We had the Italian and the Davewich. Both were great. The guy taking orders was super friendly and talkative.

This will be my new local sandwich spot.

Outstanding Italian sandwich (sub/hoagie), just like you'd find in Philly or New York - a rare find in L.A. Friendly and helpful staff - great experience.

It's a little tricky to find - the entrance is not on Fig, it's in the alley between Fig and the Highland Park metro station. There is metered parking back there.
