  We have an 8 unit building close to the beverly center . We’ve been using the rental girls for years ... and can’t say enough about them!! This last year or so we had 4 vacancies. LBA was a pleasure to work with and found us some of the BEST tenants we’ve ever had !! We couldn’t have done it without her!!! Thanks again ,LBA! And the Rental Girl!!

  I have worked with The Rental Girl as a landlord exclusively for the past several years. There is no other company that packages, markets and represents rental properties as brilliantly and creatively as The Rental Girl. Each and every one of the agents are professional and a pleasure to work with. Each listing is handled with care and vision and I am always proud to have my properties listed on their beautiful website. Every time I hire this company my listings rent like hot cakes. If you're looking for your property to stand out above all the rest, I highly recommend this company.

  The Rental Girl is unlike any other real estate company I've come across. I'm from New York, where you pay for an agent and you have to hustle to get the property you want, as well as put in a lot of your own research to get the place you desire. I was pleasantly surprised to come out to L.A. and discover The Rental Girl who not only hold your hand through the entire rental process, but provide you with tons of useful information both about the property and renting in general. The service they provide should really be a paid-for service, but instead it is free. They even negotiated on my behalf which is something to not take lightly. You are getting a service that would otherwise cost serious $$, for free. The Rental Girl has been incredibly communicative, helpful and provide excellent properties that actually have somewhat of a standard, versus other properties i have found on other sites like West side rentals or Craigslist. I am floored by the negative reviews (a 1 star for having to reset your password?). I think some of the reviews on here and Yelp are extremely harsh. If you want an even more hands on experience than they already provide, then spend the money to hire an agent. There are no other sites offering you the quality of properties that the Rental Girl does and the quality of service that they provide....for free. I did not get the apartment I applied for, but was very grateful for my agent's active communication and helpful tips along the way. After applying through them, I know my application package is solid to apply to any other properties.

  Wow! I've been following The Rental Girl for over 3 years now and am always amazed at their customer service. I just love staying up to date on their new listings (they always have the coolest!) and popping in for one of their 30 minute showings every now and then. Haven't found the right next home yet, but by signing up for their VIP list I am instantly updated when they get new inventory so I never miss a beat! I can't recommend this company enough!
