Frank is the Best Locksmith Ever! He is so professional and helpful. I’ve called him a few times for lock changes, being locked out, rekeying, putting slide locks on 100 year old garage doors, and I’ve gone to his business right next door to Galcos in highland park for making keys for what seems like 2 decades. Cannot say enough positives about him.

My husband is a locksmith and was recently hit by a wreckless driver which resulted in his work van being totaled. Along with complete loss of the vehicle we also lost many of his machines and a lot of his equipment. After a month out of work he finally had a replacement van and started to get back on his feet. Unfortunately some of the machines that needed to be replaced have not arrived. He went to this locksmith to make some copies for a customer and was treated with so much kindness and respect. California Lock & Safe not only made the copies for a really good price but offered him a machine to use until his came in.
