Clean property quiet overall. Cousin just moved in. She has a roomy 1br with a good size walk-in closet, small but functional kitchen (gas) & bathroom ( water efficiency toilets ). Manager on site, really nice & accommodating..

This is a old building, but the manager that works here is the best. She's very sweet and kind. She's the best manager anyone could ask for

The managers are awesome. Marfa and vick are simply very good managers.

This building is awesome , we love it
It had improved a lot in the last 1 1/2 year , no roaches at all , always clean and the most important the manager resolves your problems very fast both are very harworker and fun .
I totally recommend you move in here .

Large and spacey accommodations with schools and shopping centers near by, convenience in a bundle, not to mention a very clean and safe environment. Great for any family. The manager and her husband take great pride and care for both the building and its tenants, with superb diligence and integrity. People of the building are kind and generous. Definitely will be recommend to friends or family that are looking for available accommodation.
