Woodland hills best buys should take notes and learn from James, and not try to take advantage of customers, Angel in car audio made me purchase additional parts that I did not need. Smh. Wont go back to that store. Waste of fuel and time and the fact that I had to wait additional time to get my. Ar stereo installed was not right.

Came in literally 10 minutes before closing and was greeted by an associate named Andrew. I was looking to purchase a DJI Mavic Air 2S Drone. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.. didn't feel rushed at all. He went above and beyond helping me get my items. Also had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I stopped by this Best Buy location on my way back home from work to look for a CR123 battery. They of course only had the multi pack instead of the single battery so I decided not to get it. The store looks very organize and I only interact with the person watching the entrance and exit sign. He was polite and greeted me when I walked inside. The battery was easy to find if you just look at the signs since they label each area. There a lot of parking here so there'll never be an issue unless on like Black Friday.
