Dr. Karen Palkovits-Stauber

I love Dr. Palkovits-Stauber and her work so much! Every time I leave her office I feel so much calmer and at peace. I’ve taken yoga classes before but I love how she personalizes for my level and abilities.
We end our sessions with breath work, which is one of my favorite parts.

There is always plenty of parking and her office is in a beautiful area.

I can’t recommend her enough and am grateful for her work!

Amazing! Her ability to assess underlying imbalances was so impressive . She’s rescued me from my original neck injury with such skillful, and gentle adjusting, and went on to identify a series of other issues without me even having to tell her. I have had so many issues I’ve been quietly dealing with, and since working with her, my posture, body comfort and sleep have been better than it has been in years.
