  Jamie and Erin are terrific. The work outs are challenging and are so varied that you never get bored. Even if I am dragging going into the work out, I always come out incredibly energized.

  Absolutely love this place! Jamie and his team are doing a great job keeping us energized! Amazing workouts, very well planned to really make you sweat. Every day you get to do something different (cardio or weight focused or a mix) which is challenging, fun and really helps your overall fitness level. The trainers are motivators, are really supporting, positive and knowledgeable; always helping with the form and making sure we are executing the exercises the correct way to avoid injury. The F45 DJ music playing in every session is a feature I love and something that a lot of places don't pay attention to. It is truly a life changing gym. I have seen people doing their 8 week challenge (where you get to follow a nutrition plan and workout) and at the end of the two months I couldn't believe my eyes! Literally the best 45 minutes you could offer yourself for fitness, wellness and mental clarity. Congrats to all who keep it up and to F45 for keeping us sharp and going!

  Just had my first F45 workout and it was the best workout I have had in a long time. Great Coaching from Jamie and Erin on perfecting form and technique. I felt confident that I was in the best hands for fitness. I can’t wait to go back! F45 is Challenging, fun, and great community because of Jamie and Erin.Definitely a place for everyone to become better versions of themselves.

  Of all the gyms I have ever attended, this one is my favorite. The workouts can be adapted to any level of fitness and are fast paced. Because all of the workouts are preplanned and changed every day (HIIT training, and no two workouts are exactly the same), all you have to do is show up with your gym clothes. The clients range from young, very fit athletes to less fit people just beginning their fitness journey.
  
  The current owner, Jamie, is a very nice guy and he and the other primary trainer, Erin, are both excellent. They are skilled fitness trainers and they learn the needs of their clients so they can give attention to individual training goals. Although the workout sessions are not one-on-one “private,” customers get a lot of individual instruction and attention because the trainers are always there and always paying attention during the workouts. They also really get to know the clients. Consistency in the staffing really allows people to make progress. Since I started working out at F45, I have lost a lot of weight and become much more fit. I had to have all of my clothes re-tailored - and that is a great feeling. Some of my friends at the gym have also really transformed in the time they have been there.
  
  If you are interested in getting into the best shape of your life, and having fun doing it, I recommend F45.
