I love the availability of the parts but keep getting more order wrong and have me pay to ship their own wrong part back to them to receive mine only to find out it’s the the wrong part again. And then no call back, they transfer your call to this guy and that guy. Sounds like the same guy you just talk to 😂

Despite being put off by the number of horrific stories, these guys are West Coast (I’m in Seattle) and Tom knew exactly what part I needed. No, it wasn’t cheap but they had it! With that purchase he offered me a coupon for a discount on my next, which I just ordered (and despite the rarity, he again was familiar and had it). He also honored the discount 2 years later! I’ve got a tracking number and am confident I’ll be satisfied again. My only complaint is that I’ve had a couple of long hold-times on the phone. I’ve been promised a core refund and will certainly amend this review if there is an issue, but I don’t expect one given my experience to date.
