“I destroyed second gear on my 1996 Mercedes S600L. The local Mercedes dealership and transmission shops were either liars or clueless regarding how best to sort this out. I reached out to Marc. He and his team made the replacement process fast and simple. He was knowledgeable, pricing was great, he was helpful determining how best to resolve everything, patient answering all my dumb questions , and professional. During the swap I also realized the driveshaft had been damaged during the same incident. Marc had a unit shipped to me ASAP in northern Canada. They clearly take great pride in their service. Other shops could learn a few things from them. This is the experience you want customers to have. If you have an issue with your Mercedes transmission this is the only place to contact. “This place is owned by an oriental couple, almost like every other cleaner. They are very nice people and always treat you with kindness and respect. I have been taking my stuff there for a while now and they go as far as calling me if I tell them that I need something for a certain day. I was going on vacation several months ago and had dropped some shirts off. I had told them that I was going on vacation and that I would pick it up on Saturday before closing. Thinking they close at 6pm I was planning on getting there at around 15 till 6. They call me up at around 4:50pm asking me where I was. Then they told me that they actually close at 5pm not 6pm. So I hurried up and got there around 10 minutes late which they went ahead and waited for me to show up and did not even give me any kind of attitude or anything. They said since I had told them that I was leaving town on Sunday, they knew it was important for me to pick it up on Saturday and that's why they had called me. Where the hell will you find a cleaners that will go that far for you? Anyway, I take all of my clothes there and you should too. They are reasonably priced and speak English well.”
