“I have a 2017 Chrysler 300c and had a transmission problem for a new car. Took it to the dealer and they charged me almost $6000. Towed my car back home and heard of Charles auto. Called him very nice guy and said to tow my car to his shop so he can take a look at it. When my car got there and they diagnosed it he said it’s the transmission and I told him to please give me a best offer and he helped me a lot and I only ended up paying half the price of what the dealer was offering. The funny thing is that Charles owns the place and so humble that I didn’t even know his the owner cos of the way he communicates with his workers. Such a nice guy. Great customer service and my car was out in days very fast. Now my car sounds like a new car again and perfect. Would recommend you guys to check Charles auto out and see yourself. “Anyone who shops at Costco knows it can be both a godsend and a nightmare. I must say, that this fairly newer Costco in Pacoima has been more of the former. The staff is usually more positive and genuinely offer assistance when they see it, the store - both inside and out - are usually maintained and well cleaned, and parking isn't much of a chaotic disaster as it can be at most all Costco locations. Though I'd recommend parking on the farther end of the parking lot, past the Costco entrance, and directly across from the Best Buy to avoid an endless barrage of cars all vying for the the same 4 spots directly in front. Trust me, you'll walk only an extra 20 feet or so and save bundles of time and patience.”

“I'm from Orange County and had a blow out on my tire so I came over the nearest location at the time being for a new tire. I'm thankful I still had my tire warranty. I was guided by Erik R. and David S. with their experience and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, Costco didn't have the tire size on demand, so I couldn't continue my service here but was redirect to the Costco in Van Nuys. I appreciate the help on this day and commend those two employees for helping out. Have a prosperous year!”
