Exer Urgent Care

I thought I had an ear infection. The PA Adam Aisner was able to immediately diagnose me! The nurse Vanessa was kind and gentle. Kaile B at the front desk greeted me immediately with a smile and important information. They were a great professional team! It was a worthwhile and pleasant visit !

This is the nicest urgent care I’ve ever been to. The staff was kind and expedient. The waiting area and rooms are so clean. The paperwork was simple and I was seen by a doctor within 10 minutes of arriving. (Granted it was early in the morning and wasn’t busy but that was nice).
The doctor was so kind and she called in the prescriptions I needed right next door to CVS and I was home with my prescriptions in less than an hour. If you’re in the Culver City area I don’t know why you would go to any other urgent care.

I’m sick with a stomach issue and went there with no appointment for testing and hydration.
I came at 11am on a Tuesday. I waited about 20 minutes. They did everything I needed done with no delay.

It’s a nice office. Very modern and neat.
A ton of free parking.

Will happily go back.

Staff is kind and efficient. Space is airy and clean, with coloring books for kiddos. I have met 3 separate providers for 3 different chief complaints (including one for a toddler) and all 3 have been excellent clinicians and clear communicators who did a great job explaining their decision making, next steps, prognosis and return precautions, plus answering all questions. I’m a physician myself, and I really appreciate their excellent level of care!

Thanks Exer Urgent Care for the wonderful service your team provided with my mom today. We were so taking care by your lovingly staff. I would highly recommended Exer, you made us at ease, the Doctor, Nurses. I must say you have a wonderful team. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work.
