This is my favorite place - my boyfriend and I love coming here! Great food, drinks, and vibes. Incredible beer selection. I have tried almost everything on the menu and nothing has disappointed so far. Our favorites are the lobster tacos, quesadilla, lobster roll, and lobster tail to name a few.
The employees are also super friendly and knowledgeable.
Service is great. Cajun shrimp roll and lobster grilled cheese and mango habanero wings are great.
Would pass on the lobster tacos.
A little bit overpriced given the portions.
No liquor, beer and wine cocktails only.
Busy place with great food. I love how the game is always on. Happy hour has amazing deals and there are fun deals for taco Tuesday. The lobster Mac was burnt and crusty but the lobster rolls and old bay cheese fries are phenomenal.
Eating lobster and beer needs to be the new food combo that everyone craves. It just works and everyone needs to try this at least once in their lives. My girlfriend and I got the Maine Lobster roll, fries, and the clam chowder (cup). Though not the best I've tried, all of them were solid and I would happily eat more if I could. They also have a huge amount of beer and alcohol selections to choose from.
I'm not sure if the structure parking is free, but I was able to find ample street parking for free.
Overall, Lobster & Beer is a great joint with a friendly environment and I would easily come back if I'm ever in the area again.
One of those "neighborhood discoveries" that looks like a tiny patio right on Motor Avenue (easy street parking). Inside is a buzzing, darkish, rustic tavern with a throw-back, friendly bar staff. I notice that the owner also answers all notices on social media. Matron foodie friends rave about this place and it seems to draw a diverse crowd. There was a steady flow of customers picking up orders the entire time I was there to order and pick-up well before dinner hour. The lobster roll and crab roll are very good, stuffed inside toasted authentic sandwich roll bread, that is not easy to get on the west coast. A good place with an easy ambiance to meet up with people if you would not rather eat seafood out on the water.
