Went in for a teeth cleaning before my birthday. Jesse ripped a whole filling out now I'm stuck trying to find out if I want to drill a new hole in my tooth because someone got careless! Jesse even tried to say it was already there before he cleaned my teeth! Happy birthday to me!

To follow up they did a great job at identifying the problem and getting a great solution.it was definitely an inconvenience but I am impressed with how they were able to handle the situation. Thank you for showing empathy when it was due.

Dental offices are always hit and miss. Many of them are in small offices with old equipment and antiquated design.

Venice Family Dentistry office is the utmost opposite of most. Big open layout, bright airy design. The place is run extremely efficiently but at the same time the staff is very friendly and after a while knows everyone as a first name basis.

Dr. Mo is one of the friendliest individuals you will meet. He is also one of the most straightforward dentists you will meet, will easily answer your questions and give you explanations if you want!
