I was so scared and ashamed of signing up because of what it sounds like to take anger management classes, but I am kicking myself for not signing up sooner. To say that taking this anger management course has changed my life, would be an understatement. I needed this class! It taught me more than anger management: I learned about emotions, being aware of them and their effect on the body; about blaming and acceptance; what forgiveness is, and what it is not, and to separate that definition from the "religious" forgiveness m,9nll I was taught. I learned very important life skills from this class, and I am a better person after this 10 week program. Highly recommend it if you are interested in taking this class!
