Great workout on a beautiful day at the beach. This is how you start the weekend! Thomas makes it fun and challenging

Thomas is knowledgeable, full of great energy and kicks your butt…while managing to work around injuries. The beach is such an incredible class setting too. Love this workout.

A good friend of mine posted videos of her doing this workout online and I asked her “where and how do I sign up for that?!” A little over a year ago I attended my first T3 class & I was blown away by the entire design & the program. The T3 bags are extremely versatile & customizable so you can work with the proper weight/resistance that’s right for you! Thomas is great at encouraging us & making sure we make the correct adjustments as to not injure ourselves & to get the best results. So far I’ve noticed an increase in my endurance, flexibility, & my muscles are becoming more and more toned the more often I show up for this amazing class!!! I don’t like working out in gyms & the resistance of the sand/grounding on the earth has helped strengthen & heal my body overall. When I leave class and stand on solid ground, I feel like I can take off and fly!!! Thomas is a great coach & truly cares about our progress, how we can continue to improve to reach our individual goals as a team, work at our full potential, & have fun while doing so!!! I am grateful to be a part of T3 power ready!

This is one if not THE BEST workouts I’ve gotten EVER! Thomas is a full body work genius. He TRULY cares about people and wants them to be their best feeling self. He teaches how to properly tend to our bodies during workouts in ways no other coach has taught before. Also the sand bag he created is AMAZING and oh so versatile. Everyone needs T3 in their life!

Joined my first class today and I highly recommend it! Such a fun and enriching experience with amazing people. Thomas knows what he's doing and knows how to keep you motivated and engaged throughout the experience. And working out early on the beach is enchanting!
