Silverlake Ramen

Because of the noodles, there will be slurping! I did constantly have to wipe the liquid from my face. We all got the chicken option with our food. The chicken comes in grilled strips. It is very juicy and tender. There are not many napkins on the table dispenser, maybe 6. You will have to ask for plastic utensils. They come pre-packaged with a thin napkin, salt and pepper packets, fork, spoon, and knife. The food is delicious and very filling.

The food is pretty good. The karaage buns were yummy. The service was a bit slow whenever we needed someone. They also forgot 1 dish that never came out. Had to remind them when we were finished with everything else.

The food here is pretty good. The atmosphere is pretty comfy and fun. Our server, Ben, did a great job! I definitely recommend Silverlake Ramen !!

Cute little ramen spot in porter ranch inside the Vineyards. This is definitely a smaller location with only ten tables so there tends to be long wait times but I was able to get the last table when I arrived on a Saturday night so try and go early if you can.

I got the Shoyu Ramen which comes with a chicken broth and a choice of pork or chicken. They have other ramens which come with a pork broth so there is definitely options.

We got the California rolls ($7) as an appetizer for ourself.

I knocked off one star because the service was kind of lacking. They did not check in on us as much as I’d normally like, but the food was very good so I’d come back or do a to go option.
