Dr Rude did a nasal technique that improved my airflow as I been having sinus issues and didn’t want another surgery. He was the only chiropractor I found that does a nasal technique and it took a while to find one.
Amazing !!!! I love how holistic he is! He is a healer who finds the way to cure you with his magic touch !! He had the most intricate tools to give a deep assessment/ scan on spine/ posture it was an extremely thorough evaluation!! I’ve never had that experience before !! Learned a lot I had no idea and makes sense I’ve been feeling tension rib/ right lung area and had no idea why! Now I know I’ve had compression there !
Also I came in for the CFR cranial flush to breathe better and wow I am finally going to bed able to sleep tonight !!!
Hopefully soon won’t need nose sprays im feeling clear !! 🙏🙏 thank you doc
