Such an incredible little spot. Everything we tried was fantastic! The Miso Mushroom and Gruyere Danish was beyond amazing!

This place is just so awesome. It’s a tiny little bakery on a neighborhood street. They have rotating seasonal items, plus delicious staples like chocolate croissants. You can buy cool pantry things too like flour and sourdough starter.

Colossus has great coffee and pastries but due to the location, their time of operation (opens at 8am) it prevents me from giving the full five stars.

Parking can be a bit of a nightmare as it is located in a neighborhood. While I was there someone double parked upsetting one of the neighbors which shows how difficult parking can be. Also a bit disappointed that early risers can’t enjoy their coffee until 8am but I guess if you have the demand and the coffee is that good you make your hours whatever you wish!

I would definitely recommend trying it and support local business.

Such a great bakery! Order ahead on their website so you can get what you want. The chocolate croissants and kouign amann are excellent. You can't go wrong.
