He picked up the phone right away when we needed some help with a lock. I was surprised that he was able to come over within 45 minutes from when I called him and he showed up when he said he would. He took a look at the locks on our door and even though he could have made a lot of money taking apart the older defective lock, he recommended against it as it would not be worth it in his mind. Truly an honest person! Moreover, he gave some advice about the sticky 2nd lock and because he did not wind up doing anything, he did not charge a fee, even though he could have charged for his time to come out to our place.

He fixed our front door lock in no time flat. We appreciated so much that he advised us to repair the lock, rather than replace it at a much higher cost. He also followed up a few days later to make sure everything was still working properly. Super nice guy. We will definitely have him back for any other locksmith needs in the future!

They did an awesome job. We discovered that someone had jammed something in my daughters car door key hole. He was able to rekey all the locks. Very professional and on time. Response time was very quick and he answered all of my questions. Great job. Would highly recommend. Thank you

He is kind, professional, and quick. I locked my keys in my car and he came right away and got them out within 35 minutes. I was able to make it to work on time because of him. Called these guys on a Sunday afternoon when my wife and I got locked out. He arrived, was super friendly, helpful, and fast.
