Did not spend the night, only went to have dinner and drinks. The location of the hotel is great, right next to the marina with great views! Dinner was good, had the seared tuna, would eat here again. The waiter was very attending to our needs. -

(November 19, 2018, 12:33 am)Very beautiful setting. Lovely and romantic. Could just be me but staff seemed snobby. I felt that we were not treated as nicely as others just because we were wearing jeans. Rooms do not have microwaves or refrigerators, normally not that big of a deal but I had cracked ribs and could not use my gel pack. Since it was our anniversary I do wish the staff had been friendlier. Service and attitude matter; don't think we will bother coming back.

Rather than simply just process my check-in, she took the time to get to know me and inquire about what brought me to the DoubleTree. She exceeded all expectation all of my expectations by insuring that I had the most comfortable stay while maintaining a fun, personable, and professional manner of service. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a room that accommodated my many allergies and needs. She was patient, kind, and and all together an amazing woman. Because of her alone, I will ensure that my company will book here at this hotel exclusively for work trips in this area. Thanks so much to the Double Tree for hiring staff that treat their guests with not only a metal respect, but a tender care for service!
